1. Our Philosophy
At Digi Lifestyle Hub, we are deeply committed to delivering exceptional value through our courses, programs, memberships, and community. We stand behind the quality of everything we offer and want every member to feel confident in their investment.
This Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward — so you know exactly what to expect before you purchase.

2. General Policy
Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our products and services, all purchases made on the DLH platform are generally considered final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
This applies to:

Individual courses and course bundles
Membership plans (monthly, annual, or lifetime)
Digital downloads, templates, and blueprints
Workshop and webinar registrations
Coaching or mentorship program enrollments
Community access passes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you have reviewed the product details, pricing, and inclusions before proceeding.

3. Exceptional Circumstances — When Refunds May Be Considered
We understand that genuine situations arise. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances only:
a) Duplicate Payment
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full upon verification.
b) Unauthorised Transaction
If a purchase was made without your knowledge or authorisation and you notify us promptly, we will investigate and process a refund if the claim is verified.
c) Technical Access Failure
If you are completely unable to access purchased content due to a platform error on our end, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your report, a refund may be issued.
d) Course or Program Cancellation by DLH
In the rare event that DLH cancels a program, live event, or course before it commences, affected members will receive a full refund or credit towards another program of equal value — at their preference.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

You changed your mind after purchase
You did not use or log into the platform after enrolling
You found a similar course or program elsewhere at a lower price
You experienced personal circumstances unrelated to our platform
You did not achieve the business or income results you expected
You partially completed a course and decided it was not for you
A promotional discount or offer was missed after purchase
Membership auto-renewal was forgotten or overlooked

We strongly encourage all prospective members to review course descriptions, curriculum outlines, and membership details thoroughly before purchasing. Feel free to contact our support team with any questions prior to enrollment.

5. Membership & Subscription Refunds
a) Monthly Memberships
Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
b) Annual Memberships
Annual membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of purchase. If you request a cancellation within the first 7 days and have not accessed any course content, we will consider a refund at our discretion.
c) Lifetime Memberships
Lifetime membership purchases are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, given their deeply discounted one-time pricing and permanent access nature.

6. Live Coaching & Mentorship Programs
a) Before Program Commencement
If you request a cancellation at least 7 days before a live coaching program begins and no sessions have taken place, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit, minus any applicable administrative fees.
b) After Program Commencement
Once a live coaching or mentorship program has commenced, no refunds will be issued regardless of attendance or participation.
c) One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Individual coaching sessions that have been scheduled and confirmed are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.

7. Workshops & Webinars
a) Recorded / On-Demand Webinars
All sales for on-demand or recorded webinars are final and non-refundable upon purchase.
b) Live Workshops & Events
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a live workshop may be eligible for a credit note valid for 90 days. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Credits are not transferable to other members.

8. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 3, please follow these steps:
Step 1 — Contact Support
Email us at digilifestylehub@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Full Name]
Step 2 — Provide Details
Include the following in your email:

Full name and registered email address
Order ID or payment transaction reference
Date of purchase
Product or program purchased
Clear reason for your refund request
Any supporting documentation (screenshots, payment receipts, error messages)

Step 3 — Review Process
Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the review within 7 business days. We may request additional information during this process.
Step 4 — Decision & Processing
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage members to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or card provider. Unauthorised chargebacks for valid, delivered purchases are taken seriously and may result in:

Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your DLH account
Loss of access to all purchased content and community features
Recovery action for amounts disputed in bad faith

We are always willing to work with members in good faith to resolve any genuine concerns fairly and promptly.

10. Credit Notes
In cases where a refund is not applicable but goodwill is warranted, DLH may at its sole discretion offer a credit note. Credit notes:

Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue
Can be applied towards any DLH course, program, or membership
Are non-transferable and have no cash value
Cannot be combined with other promotional offers


11. Currency & Processing
All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). DLH is not responsible for any currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

12. Changes to This Policy
DLH reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically, especially before making a new purchase.
