b) Membership Levels

DLH offers multiple membership tiers. The features, content, and access available to you depend on the membership level you have purchased. We reserve the right to modify membership offerings at any time with reasonable notice.

c) Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner harmful to the community or other members.

a) Pricing

All prices for courses, memberships, and programs are listed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

b) Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (such as Razorpay or Stripe). By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

c) Taxes

Applicable GST or other taxes will be added to your purchase as required by Indian tax law. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

d) Failed Payments

In the event of a failed or declined payment, access to paid content may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

a) Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our content, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds once access to a course or digital product has been granted.

b) Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances only:

Duplicate payment made in error

Technical failure preventing access that we are unable to resolve within 7 business days

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

d) Memberships

Recurring membership fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings.

a) Our Content

All content on the DLH platform — including but not limited to courses, videos, written materials, templates, blueprints, graphics, branding, and community resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of Digi Lifestyle Hub and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

b) Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use DLH content solely for your personal learning and business development purposes.

c) Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any DLH content

Share login credentials or allow others to access your account

Use our content to create competing products or services

Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract content from our platform

Claim ownership of any DLH materials

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

As a member of the DLH community, you agree to:

Treat all members, mentors, and staff with respect and professionalism

Not engage in spam, self-promotion without permission, or unsolicited outreach to other members

Not share harmful, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content

Not promote illegal activities, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent services

Maintain confidentiality of exclusive community content and discussions

We reserve the right to remove any content or member that violates these guidelines, without refund or prior notice.

a) No Income Guarantee

DLH provides education, tools, and community support. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income levels, or business outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and other factors entirely outside our control.

b) Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by DLH is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making significant business or financial decisions.

c) Platform Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to our platform but do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Digi Lifestyle Hub, its founders, team members, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Damages arising from reliance on DLH content or advice

Interruption or unavailability of our platform

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to DLH in the three months preceding the claim.

DLH may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms, and software (such as No-Code builders, AI tools, email platforms, etc.). We are not affiliated with, responsible for, or liable for the performance, pricing, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of such tools is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

DLH may operate affiliate or referral programmes. If you participate:

You must disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting DLH

Commissions are earned only on valid, qualifying purchases

We reserve the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent or policy-violating referrals

Affiliate terms are subject to change with reasonable notice

Your use of DLH is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, in the state where DLH is registered and operated.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian arbitration laws before pursuing litigation.
